Meadow's Ember

from $54.99
Sold Out

A rich, glowing arrangement inspired by crisp air and changing fields.

Meadow Ember is designed in a warm, autumnal palette featuring deep tones, golden hues, and plenty of texture. Each arrangement is a designer’s choice composition using seasonal fall blooms and foliage, layered for depth and movement.

Flower varieties will vary based on availability, but the overall look will always feel grounded, cozy, and richly seasonal.

Perfect for fall tables, heartfelt gifts, or celebrating the shift of the season, Meadow Ember brings the warmth of the field indoors—grown and arranged with intention on our farm.

Flower Care Tips:

Flower stems work like straws, pulling water up to keep blooms fresh and hydrated. Clean water matters: cloudy water means bacteria, which can block the stem and shorten vase life.

Every flower variety is unique and has a different vase life. Some flowers, like chrysanthemums, can last up to two weeks, while others, like poppies, may only last a few days.

  • Start with a clean vase, fresh water, and freshly trimmed stems.

  • Remove all foliage below the water line.

  • Change the water and retrim stems every few days to help your flowers last as long as possible.

  • Display arrangement in a cool space (ideally 50–60°F).

  • Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and away from fruit.

  • Optional: Add flower food to help nourish blooms and keep bacteria at bay.

Delivery Area:

I provide local delivery services in the Franklin and Oneonta areas. Local pick-up at the farmstand at Misty Meadows Flower Farm/North Star Farm, 595 Franklin Heights, Franklin, NY. Porch pickup is available in Oneonta. However, if you reside outside of these regions, please email me to inquire if I can deliver to your address. Thank you!

Deliveries:

I aim to accommodate delivery requests whenever possible, but delivery times can’t be guaranteed—especially during busy weeks and holidays. If you have a preferred delivery window, please add it to the Special Delivery Instructions at checkout. Ordering a few days ahead during peak seasons is always appreciated.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, I’ll use my best judgment to leave the flowers in a safe place when possible, weather permitting, or reach out to arrange another delivery time. In some cases, I may contact the recipient in advance to confirm availability, especially for deliveries farther from the farm.

If you request that an arrangement be left unattended (such as on a porch or doorstep), responsibility for the flowers transfers to the recipient upon delivery. I’m not able to guarantee the condition of flowers left outside, and I cannot issue refunds for arrangements left unattended. If flowers are left when no one is home, I will take a photo for reference. I cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty flower arrangements due to this special request.

Order Terms:

I love and appreciate creating every order that is placed. Flowers are a natural, seasonal product, and every arrangement is made by hand. I do my best to create beautiful, long-lasting designs, but flower varieties, colors, and vase life vary depending on what’s freshest and available. If we need to make a substitution, it will always be with equal or greater value and in the same style. If you’re unhappy with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery so I can make it right. All prices are listed in USD. Sales tax is applied based on local rates.

Funeral & Sympathy Orders

I create thoughtful floral arrangements for funeral and sympathy services. I do not make casket sprays or wreaths. Advance notice is appreciated, particularly for time-specific deliveries.

Hospital Deliveries

I’m very familiar and happy to deliver flowers to local hospitals. When placing your order, please include the hospital name and phone number, along with the recipient’s name and room or ward if available. Deliveries are made according to each hospital’s policies, as florists are often not permitted to deliver directly to patient rooms. Please note that some units, including ICU, may not allow flowers—checking with the hospital ahead of time is always recommended.

Substitutions:

Because I use seasonal flowers, exact varieties may vary. Any substitutions will be made with equal or greater value and within the color palette you selected, using the freshest blooms available.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, I’m unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds, as I begin harvesting fresh flowers and creating your arrangement right away. You may update recipient information as long as the arrangement is not yet en route or delivered.
